Cannabis Laws in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Bosnia and Herzegovina maintains strict prohibition of cannabis for all purposes. The country's complex political structure — comprising two entities (the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska) and the Brčko District — means that drug laws can vary slightly in their implementation, but cannabis remains uniformly illegal across all jurisdictions. Possession, cultivation, and sale of cannabis are criminal offenses that carry penalties including fines and imprisonment.

There is no medical cannabis program, and CBD products exist in a legal grey area without clear regulatory frameworks.
